About the LITE Series

The LITE Series by PROEL is a range of active and passive speakers with plywood cabinets. They deliver PROEL sound and high performance in a reliable package. Plywood is light and durable, so moving and installing these speakers is quick and easy.

Tough anti-scratch paint and steel grilles with an internal foam layer protect the cabinet for years of service. The 8", 10", 12" and 15" models have a dual-angle pole holder for more even audience coverage.

Wide-dispersion horns give constant coverage of large audiences with detailed, low-distortion high frequencies. High-excursion woofers in carefully tuned vented cabinets deliver extended response with deep, tight bass.

Active electronics

The LITE Series includes 6 active models with woofers from 6.5" to dual 15", plus one satellite and subwoofer system. Their light power modules use switch-mode power supplies and Class D output stages for high power at low weight. Each module sits in a fully sealed die-cast aluminum box for protection, insulation and efficient cooling.

The preamp section includes phase-aligned crossover filters up to 24 dB/oct and active EQ for fine tuning. A DUAL LIMITER circuit keeps the sound undistorted at the loudest levels and protects the speakers.

LT speakers can be paired with the SW subwoofers, offered in 5 models to extend the low end of every LT model.
