Proel North America is the exclusive USA home of the Proel Group's Italian brands, also serving Canada: Dexibell, Ida Maria Grassi, Tamburo, Proel Sound Systems, Proel Stage Equipment, Axiom and Sagitter. We bring 35 years of Italian design to the stores, schools, sanctuaries and stages of North America, with stock, service and dealer support on this side of the Atlantic.

Our journey
- 1991: Proel is founded in Sant'Omero, Italy.
- 1998: Tamburo, born in Novara in 1984, joins the Proel Group.
- 2003: Sagitter lighting is founded.
- 2017: Proel North America opens, starting with Dexibell, and wins its first Music Inc. award.
- 2022: NAMM Best in Show: Top Companies to Watch.
- 2023: Best in Show for Tamburo. Tamburo arrives at Guitar Center, and Earth, Wind & Fire's Philip Bailey and Myron McKinley join Dexibell.
- 2024: Ida Maria Grassi wind instruments launch in the USA and Canada.
- 2025: Dexibell rides the Rose Parade and appears in Spinal Tap II.
- 2026: The Proel Group turns 35, Antonio Ferranti joins the NAMM Board of Directors, and Tamburo launches the Dorothea Taylor Signature Snare.
