About this product.

Design and use

The AX8CL is a passive column module for portable and permanent installations. It works alone or in multi-column arrays. Typical uses include fixed installs, front fill, under-balcony coverage and low-profile stage monitoring.

Drivers

Eight 2.5" (66 mm) neodymium woofers have waterproof cones and ventilated voice coils. Horizontal coverage is 80°, with a maximum peak SPL of 122 dB at 1 m. Program power is rated at 320 W.

Rigging and system use

Each unit comes with two aluminum brackets and two pins, for inter-cabinet angles of 0°, 2° or 4°. The AX8CL pairs with AX16CL columns and the SW212A subwoofer. One SW212A channel can drive up to eight AX8CL modules.
