About this product.

The KPTAX800L flybar suspends a column of up to 12 Axiom AX800A two-way line array elements from one adjustable pickup point. It is the larger companion to the KPTAX800, which carries up to four cabinets.

Axiom also lists it for the AX800A NEO. Used upside down, it works as a ground-stack base, with three M10 inserts for feet (feet not included).
