About this product.
Overview
The AX800A NEO is a compact, lightweight line array element in a molded polypropylene enclosure. It suits indoor and outdoor live sound and many fixed installations.
For full low-frequency extension, pair it with the SW1800AV2 or SW218XAV2 subwoofer, typically at a 4:1 ratio.
Transducers and design
A 1.4" neodymium compression driver with a titanium diaphragm feeds a transmission line waveguide, with a 900 Hz crossover point. Two lightweight 8" neodymium woofers use short transmission line loading.
The woofer layout limits beaming near the crossover. A constant power crossover and phase linearization give a coherent time response.
