About this product.
Overview
Twelve 3.5" neodymium transducers with waterproof cones suit portable and installed systems that need high power and clarity. The aluminum frame keeps the box light and strong.
A back-loaded transmission line gives clean mid-bass and natural cardioid behavior. The Front Diffraction Waveguide (FDW) delivers wide horizontal dispersion for many applications.
The system
The AX12C pairs with the SW2100A, a compact 21" band-pass/bass-reflex subwoofer. The sub has a 4000 W Class D amplifier with power factor correction and Proel's 96 kHz / 40-bit CORE DSP.
One SW2100A amplifier channel drives up to four AX12C modules. The CORE DSP, also remote-controlled through PRONET AX, has presets for 1, 2 or 4 columns plus one user preset.
The standard system of four AX12C modules and two SW2100A subs delivers 8000 W total with line array dispersion, for high-performance portable sound reinforcement.
Rigging and accessories
The AX12C is easy to transport, and its integrated suspension system makes setup fast. Each unit comes with two aluminum brackets and four pins to join elements to each other or to the SW2100A. The brackets offer 0° and 2° inter-cabinet angles.
